Our second campaign journal is out: the Realm Conquest Journal, a 330-page logbook for narrative campaigns in fantasy miniature wargames. It's made for players who want to remember every hero's wound, every grudge and every realm their army conquered, and it makes a good gift for Age of Sigmar players and fantasy wargamers this Christmas.

What's inside
The journal holds 8 full campaigns. Each one opens with an original ink illustration and has:
- Army roster: glory points, your warlord and a 25-row order of battle.
- Lores and enhancements: spells, prayers, manifestations, heroic traits and artefacts.
- Quests and grudges, for the stories that carry from game to game.
- Realm and territory tracker plus a hex campaign map.
- 12 battle logs, each with an MVP unit, glory, renown and casualties.
- 5 hero records (your warlord first) with wounds, renown, rank, injuries and quests.
- 20 unit records with renown, rank, profile, upgrades and casualties.
- Painting logs and a campaign summary.

Who it's for
Anyone running a narrative campaign in a fantasy miniature wargame, where heroes and units earn renown, ranks, injuries and quests between games. That includes Age of Sigmar players, whether you're starting a new army with the Khazalite Holds or picking up a Spearhead box. Everything is written by hand, so it works with any army and any campaign rules.

Price and where to buy
It's a paperback on Amazon: $21.99 USD on Amazon.com and CA$29.99 on Amazon.ca. See the Realm Conquest Journal page for more pages. Playing grimdark sci-fi instead? Our first book, the Crusade Journal, does the same for sci-fi campaigns.
My take
The Crusade Journal was the book I wanted for my own sci-fi campaigns. This one is for the fantasy side of the hobby, where grudges, quests and heroes' scars are half the fun. If you're starting a new campaign this winter, I hope it ends up on your gaming table. What army would you run your first campaign with?
