Fourteen games are leaving Xbox Game Pass in November, and the biggest name is GoldenEye 007. One game goes on November 10, and the other 13 leave on November 15. If you're in the middle of any of them, here's the full list and what you can do before they go.

Leaving November 10

  • Football Manager 26 (console, PC and cloud)

Leaving November 15

  • GoldenEye 007 (console and cloud)
  • Wreckfest
  • Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
  • 1000xRESIST
  • Moonlighter
  • Police Simulator: Patrol Officers
  • Firefighting Simulator – The Squad
  • Relic Hunters Legend
  • Great God Grove
  • Pigeon Simulator
  • Total Chaos
  • Winter Burrow
  • Barbie Horse Trails

The list appeared in the "Leaving soon" section of the official Xbox app. GameSpot also reports a second wave of departures on November 30.

Why GoldenEye 007 is leaving

It's the surprise on the list, since Rare is owned by Xbox. The likely reason is licensing: the James Bond rights belong to someone else, so the game probably can't stay on Game Pass forever.

What to do before they leave

  • Finish what you're playing. Your saves usually stay on your account, so if you buy the game later you can pick up where you left off.
  • Buy at a discount. Game Pass members can usually save up to 20% on a game while it's still in the catalogue. That discount ends when the game leaves.
  • Playing on PC Game Pass? Most of these games are on PC too, and big installs fill a drive fast. A fast NVMe SSD like the Fikwot FN955 1TB is a cheap upgrade for a gaming PC (on Xbox Series X|S you'd need an Xbox expansion card instead).
  • Check your achievements. If you're close to finishing a game, now's the time.

My take

Most of this list won't be missed by many people, but GoldenEye 007 and Wreckfest are real losses. If you've been meaning to replay GoldenEye, this is the week. Which one are you rushing to finish?
