What's on sale
Sony says thousands of games, add-ons and DLC will be discounted, with Marvel's Wolverine Digital Deluxe Edition and Astro Bot highlighted in its preview. Exact prices aren't public until the sale goes live, and Sony notes discounts can differ by region.
Two waves: November 4 and November 16
Sony will refresh the sale on November 16. Some of the first deals end on November 20 and new ones take their place, so if a game you want isn't discounted on day one, check again mid-month.
Any PS5 console deals?
Not announced. This sale covers digital games and add-ons only; there's no word on hardware or accessory discounts. Console prices went up this year, so see our Black Friday 2026 console deals guide for what the PS5 costs today.
Getting ready for GTA 6?
GTA 6 pre-loads on November 10 and needs up to 212GB. If you're buying a lot of digital games this month, storage fills up fast: see how to make room on PS5.

Free games too
Don't forget this month's PS Plus games: Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV–VI Remastered and Monster Train 2, available until November 30.
My take
A sale that runs nearly the whole month is good news: no rush. Make a wishlist now, check prices on November 4, and check again on the 16th. Just keep an eye on your storage before GTA 6 lands.
