When does Infinity Castle Part 2 come out?
No release date has been announced. Ufotable has made clear Part 2 won't arrive in 2026, so 2027 is the earliest realistic window. Some reports suggest the final film in the trilogy could land as late as 2029. Treat any exact date you see online as a guess until Aniplex or Crunchyroll confirms it.
When could we hear more? Jump Festa 2027 is scheduled for December 19, 2026 in Japan, and Demon Slayer news often drops there. That's the next big moment to watch.
Where to watch Infinity Castle Part 1
- Crunchyroll: streaming since July 28, 2026, in supported countries.
- Netflix, Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ (US): since September 28, 2026.
- Buy or rent: Apple TV, Amazon and Google Play.
Demon Slayer watch order
- Season 1: Tanjiro and Nezuko's story begins (26 episodes)
- Mugen Train (movie), or the Mugen Train Arc TV version, which adds one extra opening episode
- Season 2: Entertainment District Arc
- Season 3: Swordsmith Village Arc
- Season 4: Hashira Training Arc
- Infinity Castle Part 1 (movie)
- Infinity Castle Part 2 (not out yet)
Don't skip Mugen Train: it's essential to the story, not a side movie.

What is the Infinity Castle arc?
It's the final battle of the story: the Demon Slayer Corps against Muzan and the Upper Rank demons inside his shifting fortress. Instead of a TV season, Ufotable is adapting it as a trilogy of movies, which is why the wait between parts is so long.
My take
The wait hurts, but Ufotable's animation is the reason Demon Slayer looks the way it does, and rushing the finale would be worse. If you haven't seen Part 1 yet, it's finally on the big streaming services, so now is the time to catch up.
