What you need
The journal is a rules expansion, so you'll need Gangs of the Underhive to play with it. Prices weren't in the announcement, so check the Warhammer webstore or your local store.
My take
Orlock players have had a great week: models, rules, cards and dice all landing on the same day. The Ogryn Minders are the box I'd grab first, because a bodyguard with a ripper gun fits almost any Orlock gang. Outriders or Wrecking Crew, which one are you building?
